Approximately 9,500 square feet poured for an office space on 5th floor. The existing floor was out of level as much as 4-1/2″. First poured cellular concrete at deeper elevations to minimize weight, followed by a minimum 3/4″ topping over Cellular and feather to 0′ at highest elevations to provide building owner with a floor within industry standards for FF and FL for new lease.
