History
Dedicated Floor Systems was born out of the realization that there is a significant need to service commercial, retail, and custom home builders in a timely manner.
Tom Klosterman, a 26 year industry veteran, parterned with Michael McCarthy and Mark Wedeking, owners of Certified Concrete for over 25 years, to form Dedicated Floor Systems. Michael and Mark entrusted Tom to run the day to day business operations of Dedicated Floors, and also provided a foundation for the business of labor, equipment, and an understanding of the San Diego construction industry. They have built their business on integrity and quality workmanship while growing a business based on relationships. It is those same values that Dedicated Floor Systems holds dear, and will continue to use in order to thrive and grow.
A large part of Dedicated Floor Systems’ success is thanks to our association with Maxxon Corporation. As an authorized Maxxon Applicator, we are able to offer our customers a complete line of underlayments, sound control systems, and other support products such as moisture vapor barriers. In addition to ever-growing product line, Maxxon also offers continuous technical and product support.
Dedicated Floor Systems will continue to grow in the future, along with Maxxon Corporation, to remain the leader and innovator of floor toppings in the industry.
